In our Group Strategy Review, we set out a new approach for our organisation. This brought together the College and our Multi-Academy Trust into the newly formed London & South East Education Group, which we positioned as a social enterprise.
Our collective ambition was to achieve greater impact and bring greater benefits to both our learners and the communities in which they live and work. We set out six goals for the Group - and this report reflects on our journey over the last four years.
It sets out the progress we have made with our intended goals and also begins to identify some priorities moving forward.
